Preparation time: 15 min
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
red chili pepper powder
1. Hard boil eggs. Slice through middle and remove egg yolks neatly.
2. Crush and mix all egg yolks in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Tabasco, salt, pepper, red chili powder. Mix until smooth and thick.
3. Pour yolk mixture into sandwich bag and slit one corner of the bag. Squeeze out yolk mix into egg-white containers.
4. Garnish with chives and serve.
